Escape to your private pura vida paradise, nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 7 minutes from Madeira Beach and only 25 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg. This 4BR/3BA house, including an upstairs suite with kitchenette and private balcony, will accommodate 10 people comfortably. And when you're not enjoying the nearby beaches or exploring the St. Pete Pier or downtown night life, this house will keep your family and friends plenty entertained. Recline in a chaise lounge chair by the pool/spa, play cornhole or bocce ball or practice your putting. Or simply sit outside by the poolside tiki bar. At night, gather around the fire pit and plan your next day's adventure. Or stay inside in the Surf Shack game room where you can shoot some pool or play the arcade games. If its a movie night your family wants, gather in the family room in front of the 75 inch Smart TV. If your family likes game nights, the dining room table converts to an octagonal game table perfect for any of the card and board games you'll find on the shelves.

The Bedrooms:
The Coastal Retreat is a master suite on the ground floor with a soothing decor to help you relax. The room is furnished with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, work or vanity desk, 65 inch Roku TV.

The Sandy Haven room is furnished with a king bed, plenty of dresser and closet space, a vanity desk that can also serve as a work space, and a 55 inch Roku Smart TV. This room share a common full bathroom with the Under-the-Sea room.

The Under-the-Sea Room is a perfect room for children, offering a bunk bed with full-sized mattresses and a 3rd trundle bed if needed. A large closet and dresser provide plenty or storage space. And there is a wall-mounted 55 inch Roku TV if the kids want to watch their own programs. This room shares a common bathroom.

The Surfside Retreat is an upstairs suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom and 65 inch Roku TV. This upstairs suite has it's separate family room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a 55 inch Roku TV, and a kitchenette that includes a mini fridge and coffee maker. The sliding glass doors open to a private balcony sitting area covered by a sun sail shade overlooking the pool and back yard.

This property has 3 full bathrooms with complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Both the ensuite bathrooms in the Costal Retreat and Surfside Retreat are furnished with bidets.

The Common Areas:
Enter the house through the front door and immediately see the reminder that Life's a Beach. The living room is a cozy space to curl up with a book, especially if you are trying to unwind from an active day.

Behind the cozy living room, the main kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space for food prep including a long countertop separating the kitchen and family room offering a convenient serving area. The 4 stools along the family room side of the counter ensure the kitchen remains a part of the social scene. A kitchen nook provides additional seating and a great place to sip your morning coffee or tea and greet everyone else as they wake up.

The dining room, separate but adjacent to the kitchen, offers an octagonal table than can seat 8. This convertible table features a traditional tabletop dining surface, a gaming surface ideal for family night card or board games, and also a bumper pool table. If you haven't brought your family's favorite games with you, you can find an assortment of games and even a poker set shelved off to the side of the room.

The family room is shares the half-wall and counter with the kitchen. Settle into the comfy couch or love seat to watch your favorite shows or movies on the 75-inch TV, or enjoy the serene view of the private back yard and the vast preserve area beyond the back fence.

Exit the family room through the sliding glass doors to the screened-in covered lanai where you can fall into the plush couch and take in the fresh Florida air is a shady corner overlooking the pool and backyard activities.

Sunset doesn't necessarily bring the day to an end when you have the Surf Shack game room. Shoot a few games of pool or foosball, throw darts, or test your skills on the arcarde-style video games. In between games, sit down around the shark table and check out what's on the 65-inch Roku TV.

At the top of the stairs heading to the Surfside Retreat suite you will first find yourself standing in the common area complete with a kitchenette and a comfortable sleeper sofa perfect for watching the 55-inch Roku TV away from all the excitement around the rest of the house. A sliding glass door opens to a private balcony with a sunshade providing cover for the furnished patio overlooking the back yard.

And of course, you're coming to Florida to enjoy the sunshine so we've designed the private back yard to give you plenty of options to do just that. Swim in the heated pool, relax in the little spa, or sit poolside and catch some rays in the chaise lounge chairs. Set up the corn hole boards or play bocce ball in the game area just beyond the pool, or practice your short game in the putting green space. You'll find an outdoor dining area with a tiki bar to one side covered by a sunsail shade. As the sun sets, wander back to the propane fire pit, recount the days adventures, and plan what's next.

Our house is in a quiet residential community. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and particularly at night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Our property does have a noise meter on premises to assist in the fair resolution of any noise disputes should a neighbor issue a complaint.

We do not allow smoking in our home (including the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking..
