Escape to your private Pura Vida paradise, nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 7 minutes from Madeira Beach and only 25 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg. This 4BR/3BA house, including an upstairs suite with kitchenette and private balcony, will accommodate 10 people comfortably. And when you're not enjoying the nearby beaches or exploring the St. Pete Pier or downtown night life, this house will keep your family and friends plenty entertained. Recline in a chaise lounge chair by the pool/spa, play cornhole or bocce ball or practice your putting. You can also simply sit outside by the poolside Tiki Bar and relax in the hammock. At night, gather around the fire pit and plan your next day's adventure. Or stay inside in the Surf Shack game room where you can shoot some pool or play the arcade games. If its a movie night your family wants, gather in the family room in front of the 75 inch Smart TV. If your family likes game nights, the dining room table converts to an octagonal game table perfect for any of the card and board games you'll find on the shelves.

THE 4 BEDROOMS:
1) The COASTAL RETREAT is the master suite on the ground floor with a soothing coastal decor to help you relax. The room is furnished with a king bed, a large dresser, a work/vanity desk, and 65 inch Roku TV. This room also has sliding glass doors that open into the lanai and backyard pool area.
The en-suite bathroom has 2 vanity cabinets with lighted mirrors, a bidet, 2 walk in closets with full length mirrors, and a large shower with 2 shower heads. The also offers a spacious jacuzzi tub as an optional addition (with cleaning/preparation fee)

2) The SANDY HAVEN room has a beige and neutral theme for relaxing and is furnished with a king bed, large dresser and closet, a mirror vanity desk that can also serve as a work space, full length mirror and a 55 inch Roku Smart TV. This room shares a common full hall bathroom with the Under-the-Sea room.

3) The UNDER-THE-SEA room is an ocean-themed room that is perfect room for children, offering a bunk bed with 2 full-sized mattresses and a 3rd trundle bed underneath that can be pulled out if needed. A large closet and dresser provide plenty or storage space. And there is a wall-mounted 55 inch Roku TV if the kids want to watch their own programs.
This room shares a common hall bathroom with the Sandy Haven room. The hall bath has a bath tub available and a door to access the pool.

4) The SURFSIDE SUITE is an upstairs surf-themed suite consisting of a bonus room with a queen-sized comfortable sleeper sofa, a 55 inch Roku TV and a kitchenette that includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and bar sink for your convenience.
The bonus room has a sliding glass door that opens to a private balcony sitting area covered by a sun sail shade overlooking the pool and back yard and has a spiral staircase that can lead you down to the pool area.
Additionally, there is a separate bedroom adjacent to the bonus room that has a king sized bed, 2 walk-in closets, and a work/vanity desk with mirror.
A spacious en-suite bathroom is also located here with a bidet toilet seat and shower present.

This property has 3 full bathrooms with complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Both the ensuite bathrooms in the Coastal Retreat and Surfside Suite have bidets and showers.

THE COMMON AREAS:
Enter the house through the front door and immediately see the reminder that "Life's a Beach" with our wallpapered neon sign wall in the LIVING ROOM . The beach-themed living room is a cozy space to curl up with a book, especially if you are trying to unwind from an active day.

Behind the living room, the main KITCHEN features modern appliances and ample counter space for food prep including a long countertop island separating the kitchen and family room and offers a convenient serving area. The 4 bar stools along the family room side of the island counter ensure the kitchen remains a part of the social scene. A kitchen nook provides additional seating and a great place to sip your morning coffee or tea and greet everyone else as they wake up.

The DINING ROOM , separate but adjacent to the kitchen, offers an octagonal table. This convertible table features a traditional tabletop dining surface, a gaming surface ideal for family night card or board games, and also a bumper pool table. If you haven't brought your family's favorite games with you, you can find an assortment of games and even a poker set shelved off to the side of the room.

The FAMILY ROOM shares the half-wall and counter with the kitchen. Settle into the comfy couch or love seat to watch your favorite shows or movies on the 75-inch TV, or enjoy the serene view of the private back yard and the vast preserve area beyond the back fence.

Exit the family room through the sliding glass doors to the screened-in covered LANAI where you can fall into the plush couch and take in the fresh Florida air is a shady corner overlooking the pool and backyard activities.

Sunset doesn't necessarily bring the day to an end when you have the SURF SHACK GAME ROOM. Shoot a few games of pool or foosball, throw darts, test your skills on the arcarde-style video games, or let your inner singer free on the karaoke machine. In between games, sit down around the surf themed high top table and check out what's on the 65-inch Roku TV.

When you go upstairs, you will first enter into the Surfside Suite BONUS ROOM, an upstairs common area complete with a kitchenette and a comfortable sleeper sofa perfect for watching the 55-inch Roku TV away from all the excitement around the rest of the house. A sliding glass door opens to a private balcony with a sunshade providing cover for the furnished patio overlooking the back yard and relax.

And of course, you're coming to Florida to enjoy the sunshine so we've designed the private BACKYARD POOLSIDE AREA to give you plenty of options to do just that. Swim in the pool (heated during the cooler months), relax in the little spa, or sit poolside and catch some rays in the chaise lounge chairs. Set up the corn hole boards or play bocce ball in the game area just beyond the pool, or practice your short game in the putting green space. You'll find an outdoor dining area and Barbecue Grill with a Tiki Bar to one side. As the sun sets, wander back to the propane fire pit area and recount the day's adventures, and plan what's next.

QUIET HOURS are observed between 10PM to 8AM daily.

Our house is in a quiet residential community. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and particularly at night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Our property does have a noise meter on premises to assist in the fair resolution of any noise disputes should a neighbor issue a complaint.

We do not allow smoking in our home (including the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.)

We do not allow any pets in our home.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
